Step Up to the Plate: Become a Little League Volunteer

Twin City Little League is powered by volunteers! From coaching to field maintenance, every role is crucial in making our league a success. Our board members, coaches, and support staff are all dedicated volunteers, and we need your help to continue providing a great experience for our players.

Ways to Volunteer
There are many ways to get involved:

  • Head Coach – Lead a team and help develop young athletes.
  •  Assistant Coach – Support the head coach in practices and games.
  •  Team Volunteer – Help with dugout organization, scorekeeping, and more.
  •  Facilities Team – Assist with field prep, maintenance, and improvements.
  •  Concessions Team Lead – Open/close and serve as the primary point person on your assigned night.

No Experience? No Problem! Previous coaching experience is not required! We provide training and access to many resources from Little League International to help you succeed in your role.

How to Sign Up

To ensure a safe and organized experience for our players, all volunteers must complete the following steps:

  1. Register on our website – Sign up through our league’s registration system.
  2.  Complete a background check – Our system will send you an email with instructions.
  3.  Complete the Abuse Awareness Training – This ensures our volunteers are educated on player safety.

Both the background check and Abuse Awareness Training must be completed every year before the season begins.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering is a great way to:
✔ Support young athletes and give back to the community.
✔ Be involved in your child’s Little League experience.
✔ Develop leadership and coaching skills.
✔ Make lasting connections with other families in the league.

Join us in making a difference this season!
