Concession Deposit Program
The concession deposit program is an essential component supporting Twin City Little League. Without it, the League would be unable to provide patrons the experience they enjoy during the season. When parents work in the concession stand, this enables the League to use funds to replace equipment, upgrade facilities, and support day to day operations as opposed to paying wages for concession workers.
Our concession deposit is $125 per family. The League asks each family to pay this deposit during registration. During the season, a parent or guardian is required to work 2 hours. The 2 hour concession duty MUST be completed before the end of the season, or the deposit will be forfeit. Once the 2 hours is completed, the deposit will be returned.
- In the case of a rainout on the shift that is scheduled to be worked, the parent or guardian is responsible to work on the day the makeup game is rescheduled, or he/she must sign up for a different day.
- Buyout Option: In the case a parent or guardian does not wish to work 2 hours, you can simply forfeit your deposit. Please select that option during the registration process or inform the concessions' manager during the season if you choose to do so.
- Parents or guardians volunteering to coach or manage a team will have their deposit check returned upon completion of a background check and League approval to coach or manage.
- Also of note, players will not receive a uniform until their parent or guardian has given their deposit.
- Deposits can be paid by check, by dropping off at the concession stand. In 2025, you're also able to pay online (with an additional $3 processing fee). Just be sure to put your child's name in the description.
